| Litigation refers to disputes or proceedings that go for settlement through the courts. Litigation simply refers to a court case. Court cases tend to be quite different from what we see on TV or in films and they can be daunting and unsettling for people who have never been in a court house before. We pride ourselves in the care and attention we give to our clients at all times, whether simply visiting our office or when they must attend court in relation to their case.
Our dedicated staff members play a large part in this care. They also have the experience to prepare the meticulous documentation that is often required to fight a successful court case or negotiate a successful agreement. Of course this is matched by the experience of Anne Hickey, who has been involved in court work since 1988, and Elaine Coghill who has been in our practice since 2000. Contact us for advice on this.
